LENOVO RETAIL EMEA "WHERE FASHION MEETS TECHNOLOGY"
The inspiration for the retail concept was influenced by the Fashion industry. Creating a Fashion retail buzz to the format with seasonal offers, wearable tech being showcased on perimeter mannequin displays. A central hero product table with product trial and genius salesperson linked to the perimeter wall bays where the customer can shop the range.
MODULAR & SCALEABLE RETAIL
The design of the retail fixtures are based on modularity. A perimeter wall bay with movable hero apertures, used for product promo. A flexible interchangeable hero topper, used as retail display and incorporating POS. This is used around the store from the inspiration table through to the perimeter bays. Digital content is set around the store at key points along the journey. The content can be updated seasonally and for Promos and product launches.
SOCIAL RETAILING
Featured in the flagship concept was a social zone. Here customers could meet the for example meet the maker, share content, and become part of a social connect to the brand. This is featured in the "reasure" element to the customer journey.
DISRUPTIVE SHOPFRONT
One of the standout design features is the shopfront . Creating a disruptive, Inspiration element to the retail streetscape. A full height digital wall with Lenovo content displayed. Product promos and seasonal offers content can be shown on this display. The tabbed and recessed Lenovo logo digitalised, with colour change. Bleacher seating within the shopfront, with charge points creates a focal seating and meet area for customers.
ACROSS ALL RETAIL PLATFORMS
The true test of this retail design is that it can express itself across all formats, from Mom and Pop to Shop in Shop through to Flagship. Taking relevant modules the retail can express itself in different ways. From Social being the hero, or using the wall bays to display product range.
